Ask before, not after

Most of the expensive problems we see could have been avoided with one question asked in time. If you are about to buy, sell, borrow, restructure or take on staff, talk to us first.

What is included

  • Looking over a company before you buy it — its accounts, its tax position, and its filings.
  • Choosing how to set up: a sole proprietorship, a partnership or a limited company.
  • Restructuring shareholdings, bringing in a partner, or winding a company down.
  • Taking on staff for the first time: payroll, MPF and the employer's filings.

What we need from you

  • An outline of what you are planning, and the documents you already have.
  • Enough time: advice is worth most before anything is signed.

How long it takes

A simple question can often be answered in one conversation. Larger matters we scope first, and tell you what the work will involve before we begin.
